Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include any original labels, seals, or accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Returns should be sent only after receiving return authorization and instructions from our team.
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@ayurshaastra.com with photographs of the issue so that we can review and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Promotional or clearance items
- Products marked as non-returnable
- Opened or used consumable products, unless damaged or defective upon arrival
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at care@ayurshaastra.com.
